When it comes to fluid changes, regular maintenance is important. But what about the actual step-by-step process? George shows why you always want to make sure you can get fluids INTO a system before you focus on getting the fluids OUT of the system!

An MOA member who decided it was time to stop riding donated his 2008 BMW F 800 ST to the MOA Foundation to help further its cause of rider education, training and awareness. Unfortunately, the bike had been sitting for a couple of years before he reached that decision, so it needs a bit of rehab before it's ready for its next owner.

In this video, we walk you through how to check the valve clearances, replacing the relevant gaskets along the way, and remove and replace the spark plugs. This job has some potential pain points, which George will identify and show you how to avoid problems as they come up.

Tools needed:
* Torx drivers + ratchet + extension
* Torque wrench (for reassembly)

Rabaconda Tire Changer Part 4: Packing up the Tire Changer

Welcome to the BMW MOA's Motorcycle Test Kitchen, where we try out gear, accessories and other products for motorcyclists of all kinds.

Please note: THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND TIME MARK HAS USED THE Tire Changer! We learned a lot from doing the rear tire, so this goes much more quickly. Still, we're in the process of figuring it out.
